The Credit Pros disputes negative marks on your credit score on your behalf. It has three monthly packages that range in features, with the top-tier plans offering creditor interventions, cease and desist letters, letters of reference and goodwill letters. You can get a free consultation, which will not affect your credit score.
Once The Credit Pros successfully removes an item from your report, the company will reinvestigate for free if the negative mark gets reinstated to your credit report.
The company uses secure sockets layer (SSL) security technology to encrypt sensitive information. When you browse The Credit Pros website, you do so anonymously, and your personal data is not collected. Your information is then maintained with industry-standard safeguards.
How does The Credit Pros work?
Once you are a client of The Credit Pros, a specialist will begin sending letters to the three credit bureaus addressing inaccurate items on your credit report. It takes about 60 days to see improvements on your credit report. When you receive updated credit reports, you then mail or fax them to The Credit Pros. You will continually send updated copies throughout the process.
The Credit Pros products and services
The Credit Pros offers three different packages:
- The Money Management Plan includes one bureau dispute per month. This plan also comes with a credit report and scores from one bureau, but no cease and desist letters.
- The Prosperity Plan: Get unlimited disputes with all three credit bureaus each month as well as access to cease and desist letters and creditor interventions.
- The Success Plus plan: This top plan comes with everything mentioned above, plus all three credit bureau reports and monitoring. Clients also have access to a credit-builder loan, which helps you report timely payments to the bureaus.
The Credit Pros fees
The Credit Pros offers three tiers of service at different monthly rates:
- The Money Management Plan costs $69 per month and has a $119 first-work fee.
- The Prosperity Plan costs $119 per month and has a $119 first-work fee.
- The Success Plus plan costs $149 per month and has a $149 first-work fee.
You can cancel your service at any time.

Does The Credit Pros have a money-back guarantee?
The Credit Pros has a 90-day money-back guarantee. However, its refund policy also comes with a lot of fine print. For example, the 90-day guarantee is only available if you see no results after you have been enrolled in the program for 90 days. Additionally, refunds are limited to 90 days, so if you are enrolled in the program for 150 days, you will only receive a refund for your fees for 90 days of service.
Do I need a hardship to use The Credit Pros?
Anyone can use The Credit Pros to dispute misinformation or negative marks on their credit reports. A free consultation is the best way to see if the company can help in your situation.
Will using The Credit Pros hurt my credit score?
Working with The Credit Pros should help your credit score, especially if you are able to remove negative marks on your credit report that aren’t supposed to be there. While working with The Credit Pros, you must continue to make on-time payments to creditors to avoid further issues.

I worked with another credit repair service before but they were telling me things that would just kept me stay with their program longer than actually help me fix my credit and finish the program on time. I told this story to The Credit Pros, and they didn't badmouth the other company at all! They even showed sympathy, and eventually a couple of calls then I agreed to sign up, and this lady I spoke with was extremely patient, kind, and was so generous with her time and showed that she's happy with what she's doing/her work, that sounds good you know. Overall, I have really nothing bad to say but just want everyone to know about my experience!

I am old but the kids are quite amazed that I still read reviews from here to decide if I want to work with a brand or company. I don't know if that's a compliment or an insult to call that I am old but I still trust what people say in here! So when I wanted to work with a credit repair company, I searched and found The Credit Pros. I looked them up here and made sure they weren't trying to trip me, and so I was able to make my own decision and called them and gave them a try. I just sometimes wish that I've known better about how important my credit repair was years ago, and currently, I'm satisfied with my progress and I appreciate the value of everyone's work in improving my credit score.

I am an old person and for some reason the people at The Credit Pros know that I don't like using the computer? Are they mind readers? Nevertheless, they are extremely helpful whenever I have questions, and the lady on the phone said that all I need is to call which is great, convenient, and like a one-stop-shop. By following the advice of my financial counselors I seemed to have dislodged the wedge which has kept my credit score from budging. It seemed stuck but upon taking their advice I see my score is fluctuating. By continuing to walk in the path instructed by my advisors I finally have confidence I am able to succeed in my endeavors at attaining a fruitful life for my family. This sense of relief overreaches far into other areas I didn’t realize were affected by this issue which spawned shame…I know I am worthy of more things to come.

I spoke to The Credit Pros and they were supposed to send me an updated email, approximately 2 hours ago and never received that email. I am very disappointed. So I would not recommend this to my family!

My Transunion score was real low, I believe it was 505 and all I did was follow through the Credit Pros and their advice for months, and paying on time and maintaining a good credit and now it's getting up to 700 and in time it's going to be what they considered minimum good credit score 700. I can't believe this!! Never in my life that my credit score has been this good.

Great communication!!! They assist me and told me what to expect I'm a straight shooter and like to get to the point and they did that I'm in sales and hear people say that but most customers waste time and want to feel coddled through a process. I could care less and just want the information. I believe they can and will do both if you are a sensitive customer or more straight forward like me.
